These terms are the agreement between you and friendslop for using this website, your account, and the games listed on it. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use friendslop.

1. Who can use friendslop

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may only use friendslop with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.

We ask for your date of birth when you sign up to check this. If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we will delete it.

2. Your account

• Give us accurate information, including a real email address you can access and your real date of birth.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don't sell, trade, share or give away accounts.
• Don't pick a username or display name that pretends to be someone else, including friendslop staff.
• If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password right away. Changing it logs you out everywhere else.

3. Community rules

friendslop is for playing games with friends. To keep it that way, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or stalk anyone, or encourage anyone to hurt themselves.
• Post hate speech or attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar trait.
• Post sexual content, or content that is violent, graphic or illegal.
• Share anyone's personal information, including your own address, phone number or school.
• Try to meet up with people you only know from friendslop, or ask anyone for photos or personal details.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified clients in games.
• Spam, scam, or advertise things unrelated to friendslop.
• Try to break into accounts, the site or its servers, get around bans or limits, or interfere with how the site works.

Our filters check usernames, display names and profiles automatically, but no filter is perfect. If something gets through, that doesn't make it allowed.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write on friendslop, such as your display name and About section. By posting it, you let us store and show it on the site so friendslop can work. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post it.

5. Games on friendslop

Games listed on friendslop are added by our admins and may be made by independent developers. Some games run on their own servers. When you press Play, the game opens in a new tab and receives your display name so it can show it in-game, and it can tell friendslop which server you're in so your friends can join you.

Games may change, go offline or be removed at any time. Each game may have extra rules of its own; if they conflict with these terms, these terms apply.

6. Moderation and bans

Admins can reset display names and profiles, remove content, and suspend, ban or delete accounts that break these terms or put other players at risk. We may do this without warning when we think it's needed. If your account is banned, you may not create a new account to get around it.

7. Our content

The friendslop name, site design and code belong to us or the people who license them to us. Games belong to their creators. You may not copy, sell or reuse them except as the site normally allows, like playing them.

8. No warranty

friendslop and the games on it are provided "as is". We work to keep things running, but we can't promise the site will always be available, free of bugs, or that your data will never be lost.

9. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, friendslop and the people who run it aren't responsible for indirect or accidental losses from using the site, for what other players say or do, or for games made by others. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. This permanently removes your profile, friends, favorites and votes. We can also end your account if you break these terms.
